Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and salut.ae (United Arab Emirates) (“salut”, “we”). By creating a workspace or using salut you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. What salut is

salut is a reporting service for marketing agencies. It connects to advertising platforms with read-only access, aggregates performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, lead counts), and presents it as dashboards, shareable report links and print-ready reports. salut never creates, edits, pauses or deletes anything in an ad account, and contains no code capable of doing so.

2. Your account and your clients’ accounts

• Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone who controls it controls your workspace.
• Only connect ad accounts you are authorised to access — for example under your agency agreement with the client. You are responsible for having that authority.
• You are responsible for who you send report share links to. Links open without a login; you can revoke any link at any time from your workspace.

3. Fees

• salut is billed per client seat, monthly, in AED, at the prices shown on the pricing page or as agreed with you in writing.
• New workspaces include a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start; during the pilot we invoice by bank transfer.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. The numbers

Reported figures come from the connected ad platform’s reporting APIs, aggregated daily, and are shown in the ad account’s own billing currency. Ad platforms restate historical figures (for example attribution updates), so numbers can change after first appearing, and totals may differ slightly from the platform’s own interface at a given moment. salut is a reporting convenience — it is not billing, accounting, auditing or financial advice, and you should not treat it as the authoritative record of ad spend.

5. Third-party platforms

Your use of Meta’s (and, when available, Google’s) services remains governed by their own terms. If a platform revokes or limits our API access, connected reporting may stop working; we will surface this in the product rather than show stale data as fresh. salut is not affiliated with Meta or Google.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• connect accounts you have no authority over;
• attempt to access another workspace’s data or probe the service’s security;
• resell salut itself (sharing reports with your clients is, of course, the point);
• use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Your data

Your data stays yours. How we collect, store and delete it is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. On termination we delete your workspace data within 30 days.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep salut available and synced nightly, but the service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime level during the pilot. Support is by email at hello@salut.ae, on Dubai working hours.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, salut is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions made on the basis of reported figures, or for the acts of the underlying ad platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using salut and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaches these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 4, 7, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced to account owners by email, and continued use after a change means acceptance.
